I designed this for a developer whilst working for McAdam Stewart Architects of Banbridge. The houses are on a very steep site overlooking Dundrum Bay, single storey on the upper access side and 4 storey on the seaward side. Living accommodation is at the upper level so for once the estate agent's hyperbole 'awesome views' is true. The balconies have an unobstructed view of Newcastle Harbour and Dundrum Bay.

 

The developer was Paddy Clarke of Newcastle.
